Our pricing plans cover up to 1/2 acre yards. Additional fee may apply for larger yards.

There is an initial cleaning fee of $45 to prepare your yard for services and will be billed once we complete the service.  After the initial cleaning, your services will begin and be pre-paid on a monthly basis. There is no initial fee for One-time services.

There are NO contracts for our services. Services can be canceled at any time.  Due to scheduling lead time all services must be canceled 24 hours prior to your regularly scheduled cleaning if you would like to cancel. Failure to cancel with a 24 hour notice will result in a charge for that visit and we will confirm your services will be cancelled for the next regularly scheduled cleaning.

If you are not completely satisfied with your service please contact us within 24 hours of your service visit and we will come back to reservice free of charge.
