Terms of Service

Pooph Be Gone! Pet Waste Removal LLC

By requesting services from Pooph Be Gone! Pet Waste Removal LLC, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure the safety, reliability, and quality of service for both our clients and team members.

​

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use our services. By signing up for services, you certify that you’re legally authorized to request services at the listed property.

​

2. Payments

  • Invoices for recurring services are billed on the 1st of each month.

  • All payments are due within 14 days of invoice receipt.

  • We strongly encourage autopay for your convenience.

  • Payments received after the 15th will be charged a $10 late fee.

  • If payment isn’t received by the 25th and no payment arrangements are made, your service will be suspended. A $10 restart fee will be applied to resume services, as well as an initial clean-up fee if waste has accumulated.

3. Initial Clean-Up

New clients who subscribe to a regular cleaning plan begin with a one-time initial cleaning ($45).  This will be billed after completion of your first cleaning visit. This ensures a clean foundation for ongoing service and ensures the best results.

No initial clean fee will be required for one-time cleanups.

4. Property Access

To perform your service, we require:

  • Gates to be unlocked and functional.

  • Any gate codes or property access instructions be kept up to date.

  • Clear access to the yard.

If access details change, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit ensure there is no disruption in performing your service.

If we cannot access your yard for any reason, your service will be skipped and resume on the next regular visit—or earlier if possible.

5. Pet Safety

For everyone’s safety:

  • Dogs must be indoors or securely kenneled during service.

  • We will not enter any property if a dog is present, regardless of prior behavior or temperament. We will provide advance notice of our arrival whenever possible.

  • If your dog is protective or aggressive, we’ll place a Dog Alert on your account.

  • Dog Alert customers must confirm via text that dogs are secured before each visit. (If no confirmation is received, service may be skipped.)

6. Yard Maintenance

To ensure we do a thorough job:

  • Grass must be reasonably cut

  • Yards should be free of heavy leaves, brush, or debris

We’ll always do our best, but poor yard conditions may affect service quality. We’ll make a note in your visit summary if this occurs.

7. Weather Policy

Service may be skipped during:

  • Thunderstorms

  • Freezing temps / icy conditions

  • Heavy rain or snowfall

  • High wind or heat advisories

If we can’t make it due to the weather, we’ll notify you and resume service at your next scheduled visit—or earlier if possible.

8. Canceling

In the event you wish to cancel your services, please provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to your next scheduled visit. (failure to provide 24 hours’ notice may result in a charge for that visit)

There are no contracts—you may cancel at any time.

9. Refund Policy

We do not issue refunds once a billing cycle has started.

If you cancel mid-month, we will continue to service your yard until the end of that paid cycle—unless you request otherwise.

10. Dog Count & Rate Adjustments

Our pricing is dependent on the number of dogs we’re cleaning up after. If the number of pets we are serving changes it is your responsibility to inform us promptly so we can adjust your rate.

If we notice a consistent change in volume, we may reach out for clarification.

 

11. Incidental Damages

Our team and service processes are strictly managed to ensure that your lawn looks better than before we arrived, however we will not be liable for any incidental damage to lawn or garden spaces.

If you have any special instructions for our team, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

 

12. Holiday Schedule

We observe the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Day

  • Memorial Day

  • Independence Day

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving (Thurs & Fri)

  • Christmas Eve & Day

  • December 31

If your service day falls on a holiday, we’ll attempt to reschedule. Otherwise, service resumes on the next regular visit.

13. Policy Updates

We may revise these terms periodically. Updates will be posted on our website, and major changes will be communicated directly. Continued use of our service means you accept the updated terms.
